General terms and conditions of business

1. After the entry of the booking and our counter-confirmation, the contracting parties undertake to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.
2. The landlord is obliged to pay compensation if the room is not provided.
3. In case of non-utilization of the contractual services, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed price minus the expenses saved by the landlord.
4. Therefore, the following costs arise in the case of cancellations: - on the day of arrival and up to 5 days before: 80 % of the package price. - 6 days to 5 months before arrival: 50 % of the package price. - from the date of booking and up to 5 months before arrival: 35 € per person.
5. The landlord is obliged in good faith to let unused rooms to other guests in order to avoid losses.
6. Until the room is rented to another party, the guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with clause 3 for the duration of the contract.
7. The room rate is based on the number of beds actually occupied in the room.
8. Cancellation must be made in writing in any case.
9. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to rebook.

Info: If the German government introduces a toll for cars and buses, we will have to add 9,50€ per person to the tour price!
